Hey everyone, I just wanted to give a shout out to a younge lady named: Kirsten who works at: Aiken Motorcycle located at 2139 Whiskey Road Aiken SC. Two days ago I purchased my very first motorcycle and went there to check out their inventory. While I was browsing their awesome wall of helmets, she asked if I could use any assistance. I had some questions about helmets. She happily proceeded to not only answer my questions about safety raitings but also found me a helmet that would fit my tiny skull just right. She also reassured my concerns and anxieties about being a first time rider. Even educating me on the local Motorcycle Riders Safety Course here in Aiken. This younge lady then helped me pick out a pair of blue FLY gloves that would match my bike! She really helped set my mind at ease about my future as a motorcyclist and even got me eager about my first ridw. I finally got to take my firat ride yesterday and I have to say that it was just as great as I had heard about! Thank you so much Kirsten! Cannot say enough good about Aiken Motorcycle. I have a 2007 Honda VTX-T that I laid down (deer jumped in front of me). I wanted the bike checked over, a turn signal repaired, new tires and completed service. I wanted to find a light bar for the bike (maybe I could see the deer better). The team there really had to search high and low. They even purchased a couple light bars that didn't quite look right and work until they found the right one (the perfect one). NO CHARGE for the two they purchased and tried, even though they called and told me the nuances about them that I ended up not liking once the bar was on the bike. They really went the extra mile to make sure it was right staying in touch with me and keeping me posted on the progress the whole time. They've made a lifetime customer out of me.

Great service even on a lawn mower! I had a new Honda mower that after several cuttings refused to start - frozen pull cable. Dropped off the mower, and they said they would look at it. After several days they got to it and gave me a call. No problem was apparent (I guess things unfroze after a while?). They spent a good bit of time getting me to explain the symptoms, and then spent a good bit of time to check out absolutely everything. The problem never reappeared. When I picked up the mower, the charge was zero! They had even washed the mower so it looked brand new. Great service!

I was on my first ever long distance ride when I noticed my only key was cracked and a saddlebag was loose having lost a fastener nut.. I pulled in on Saturday afternoon and asked for help. Your employee Chris Wilbanks in the Parts Dept. fixed me right up with a new key and a fastener. I cannot thank you good folks enough for getting me home safe.

Would like to thank the service department for the care that was taken in repairing our motorcycles, my 2005 Yamaha Road Star clutch plates replacements, and my wife's 2010 Harley 48 Rocker Box gasket. I have been dealing with Aiken Motorcycle since I believe 1999. I have bought 2 Yamaha Zuma's and a used 2012 Yamaha XT250 and have loved each of these bikes. I always recommend Aiken Motorcycle to co-workers, friends, and family, as it has everything I have ever needed or wanted. One walk around the store lets you know they have it all. I have also used their Service and Parts department and the staff are always willing to extend a helping hand as well as give advice that has been so helpful. I will retire in 2 years and will be living between here and NC but when it comes to Motorcycles, I will always come back to Aiken Motorcycles Sales and Service for my needs. I have purchase two bikes from Aiken Motorcycles. My last purchase was a 2009 VTX1300T. So for I have only been able to put around 300 miles on it. It has been either cold or raining since I purchased it. Both purchases went very well. The staff at Aiken Motorcycle was both friendly and helpful. Neil was very knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in and did an outstanding job at getting me a good deal and the financing that I could afford. "While in town for business my wife and I came across the dealership. Since we were looking for trail bikes for our daughters, we stopped in and looked to see what they had avalible. "The most important purchase I ever made was a Honda3000is GENERATOR from the team at Aiken Motorcycle Sales. During the ice storm of 2014 I was off utility power for 5 full days and my Honda ran almost none stop for 120 hours with no issues at all!!! The fuel efficiency is critical in emergency situations. One 3.4 gallon tank ran over 20 hours but the average was about 12-15 hours/tank. I would advise anyone purchasing a Honda to invest in a transfer switch as well.
